It must be a PCIe card

Useful on both a time server and a time client in financial services / mobile operator/broadcast type environments.


It must sync the system clock of a Linux server to nanosecond accuracy with PTM.


It must provide the same practical sync accuracy as White Rabbit does, but without the complexity and cost.
