Timebeat ships as a downloadable package for Linux and Windows — there is no curl-pipe installer. Download the build for your platform, install it with the native package manager, point it at your timebeat.yml and licence, then start the service. On Linux config lives at /etc/timebeat/timebeat.yml and logs at /var/log/timebeat; on Windows the agent installs as a Windows Service under Program Files.
